Excellent motel. The rooms are spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was very friendly. There is a cute sitting area outside in the grass. It is small motel with 15 rooms. It was nice and quiet at night and in the morning. We will definitely be back!
The Maple Leaf Motel was the perfect stop for us on the way to Crater Lake. The woman at check in was very friendly and nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Everything seemed newly remodeled/updated including the bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to that area.
It’s a decent motel 30 mins away from crater lake with a Mountain View We checked in late night however we had someone to give the keys. Shower was good with bathroom essentials and tissues. We had a good stay overall.
This Motel was simple, but clean and had everything we needed for a few day stay. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were very, very firm. Rooms were very clean, had a microwave and small fridge and TV. In a great location to all kinds of hiking and that’s what drew us to Shady Cove. All in all, it’s a great stay with all the essentials, but no frills. Be sure to eat at Mac’s down the road while you’re here. Great food!
Quaint, clean, and safe motel within a couple hours of Crater Lake National Park. We stayed here only one night, but it had everything we needed and we had no problems with pests.
I booked a 2 Double Bed room along with my friends for the July 04, 2025 long weekend since we were planning to hike at the Crater Lake NP the next day. We had an amazing experience staying here. Danny called to confirm my stay a day before and only charged me after the confirmation. Since we were arriving at 1am, he made sure that we had everything that was needed for our self check-in. The room was cozy and safe. It had all the amenities including a fridge, microwave, WiFi, desk, and chair. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels for all of us. The location was convenient with a gas station and a cute local coffee store with a drive time of ~2 mins. Check-out was hassle free. Great value for money. Highly recommended and definitely coming back if I visit Oregon again!
Very nice place to stay. Our room had new and nice quality furniture, beds and flooring. Bathroom wasn’t large, but it was clean and modern. A/c pumped out cold air like a champ, but also had genuine opening windows on both ends of the room if you prefer fresh air.
Better than you’d think. Price was reasonable, location was good, room was quiet and clean. What more do you need!
Room was comfortable and had been modernized within the last few years. Grounds were well kept up, with lots of flowers in front. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately backed up onto a trailer park, which didn't cause problems at night, but brought some unwanted noise with the back window open. Would probably stay here again if we were back in the area.
